How accurate is the device? 

While working with our hospital customers, they found the TempTaker matched the performance of many brands of calibrated handheld infrared thermometers and temporal artery thermometers that have been used during a primary screening. The TempTaker was faster, reduced human resource time and decreased human error.

Can I operate the Kiosk unit outdoors? 

TempTaker operates best away from direct sunlight and is recommend to be used in a temperature between 68-76 °F (20-24 °C) with relative humidity 10-50 percent.

I need to measure a lot of people, how do I do this?

A Multi-Kiosk system is available that will manage 100’s of TempTaker units, and alert if a user has a fever via email, SMS, text, etc. Contact our sales team for more information.

What is included? 

TempTaker Kiosk unit, Power adapter with cable, Instruction manual, Wall mount hardware.

What is needed to run the Kiosk unit?

The included power supply is all that is needed to operate.

Do I need a computer?

No.

How long does it take to setup?

A desktop installation takes less than 5 minutes. A wall mounted unit requires mounting to a wall. After that only minutes are needed for a setup.

Can I mount it on a tripod? 

Yes.

Can I stream the video remotely?

Yes, video streaming using LAN/ WiFi.

What is the warranty?

12 months 100% warranty
